Galperti Srl is a private company specialized in steel manufacturing with the commitment to supply products to Oil&Gas industry, renewable energy and hydropower industry, mechanical applications.

An Integrated Industrial Structure
Galperti Srl operates two production plants in the Province of Lecco, a sales office in Marseille, and a global commercial network. A lean and highly specialized organization allows us to manage the entire process in-house: from forging to machining, through to quality control in our internal laboratory.
This structure ensures full control over the production cycle, consistent quality, complete traceability, and competitive response times.

HISTORY
Founded in 1740 in Cortenova, Galperti excelled in manufacturing of steel products such as farming tools, boat nails and horseshoes.
After the Second World War the main production was changed into current range, originally for water pipelines and later evolved into Oil&Gas and chemical industry.
Our ancient hammer, was donated by Galperti family to the National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo Da Vinci in Milan in 1950s. It is now part of an exibit in the Main Pavillion.
The company is also mentioned in the book “Imprese lombarde nella storia della siderurgia italiana: Il ferro milanese tra il 1450 e il 1796” by A.Frumento, Milano 1963.
SOCIAL PURPOSE
Galperti Srl commitment towards registered organizations in various fields has the sole purpose to be close to the people.
The company supports organizations and associations of proven experience in social and health care, through donations of technical instrumentation and equipments, in order to contribute to a better service to the people.
Galperti Srl sponsors also sports and recreational associations, active locally. Their initiatives represent important opportunities of aggregation and human cohesion.
Furthermore the company supports cultural activities for the promotion of local culture, most notably the Museum of Science and Technology of Milan in the restoration of the forging hammer.
