Quality Assurance
Galperti Srl implemented a quality system according to ISO 9001 since 1985. Continuous improvement is achieved through costant monitoring of internal processes, combined with customers feedback analysis.
Galperti Srl is also a qualified supplier for major companies and EPC operating in different fields worldwide.

Environment
Respect for the enviroment is a strong commitment for Galperti Srl. We devotes adequate resources to reach development purposes ensuring safeguard of the area where we live, in terms of urban growth and emissions in the atmosphere, water and acoustic.
Galperti Srl complies with the regulations in force and has implementied an Enviromental Management System certify to EN ISO14001 to control impacts of production activities.

Safety
Safety first
Galperti Srl sets up a Health Protection System to ensure compliance with the mandatory applicable requirements. This system is certitified to ISO 45001 ang guarantees that activities are not hazardous to the health of employees, sub-contractor and local community.
A complete view of the risks associated with their job and suited safety measures to be taken are provided to employees through periodical meetings and training course.
Quality Control
Internal laboratory is active since 2014. We perform most of basic metallurgical tests:
- Hardness test
- Tensile test
- Impact test
- Corrosion tests (pitting test, intergranular…)
- Product chemical analysis
- Metallographic analysis (microstructure evaluation, grain size…)
Purpose of testing is to guarantee suitable properties of our products, ensuring a continuous monitoring in each phase of manufacturing.
Tests are also performed on each lot of incoming base material before acceptance and stocking.
Periodical statistical data results’ examination supports continuous improvement in production process.
Non Destructive Examinations can be performed internally. Ultrasonic, Dye Penetrant and Magnetic Particle examinations are performed in accordance to EN ISO 9712 and SNT-TC-1A standards by qualified personnel.
